Midas

Joey is super kind and knows his stuff about cars. I’m not car smart at all. I’m a computer science major. I was sitting there googling what kind of brake light I needed from the auto part store and how to install it. Joey offered to replace it while I was getting my oil change. He didn’t even know I was looking for it. I’m sure he didn’t read my mind but he helped me more than he probably thought. I’m just a girl lol thanks Joey!! I appreciate you!!

A puncture from a road hazard left me flat. I pumped it up & drove straight to Midas. I know from years of experience that even with simple car issues, they always treat you right. I got a new tire at a great price and was on my way in no time flat. Pun absolutely intended. Joey & the team at my Westerville Midas are simply the best!

Dave was very helpful and apologetic when issues getting a part delayed getting my car fixed. Always have a great experience taking my car here. They are ways very quick and thorough

Called them and told them the situation with my girlfriend’s car. Joey was patient waiting for me to relay info from him to my girlfriend and vice versa. They were able to get her car in and out on very short notice, in an hour. I thought the issue was her back brakes but they were honest and let me know it was her caliper that needed to be replaced and her tires needed to be balanced. Joey and Shawn were amazing with explaining the situation and gave us the best option and price for an amazing job on her car. She said it was a much better drive after the service. 10/10 do recommend.

At this location you are not just a number you are a valued customer! I will never go to the Toyota dealership ever again! They did routine maintenance with an oil change in less than an hour and 78$. The assistant manager was awesome! Called me by my name and treated me with respect! Best auto service in Westerville!
